Safe, effective, Benefect.

Benefect is our favorite disinfectant and antimicrobial to use in our customer’s homes and businesses so we wanted to share a little about this amazing product we use on a daily basis.

• Benefect is an authentic botanical disinfectant, which means it is plant derived. The active ingredient listed on the Safety Data Sheet is thyme.
• Benefect is utilized on jobsites affected by water damage, mold and even sewage.
• Benefect is often applied on all affected structure surfaces on a jobsite and can be used at the beginning of the job as a cleaner, or on our last day of the job as a preventative measure and let dry, since it does not require rinsing or wiping after application.
• Benefect is also safe to use around children, pets, the elderly and chemically-sensitive individuals and it has been reviewed for its efficacy, safety and environmental impact by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
