1 = One Hour
Our promise to you is that contact will be made within one hour from our first notice of a loss. This is the first step to getting the best service possible for your home or business. We often contact most of our customers within 15 minutes of receiving notification.
4 = Four Hours
SERVPRO of Greater Waco guarantees a SERVPRO professional will be on site within four hours of loss notification. Time is critical to minimize damage and lower the cost of your loss, so our motto is to be onsite as quickly as possible no matter when your loss occurs. SERVPRO will then inform you of the processes and equipment necessary to begin mitigation. We will work from the source of the water damage out to all affected areas.
8 = Eight Hours
Within 8 hours, a briefing of the project will be communicated to the appropriate party or parties.
