Unsalvageable Wood Flooring

This wood floor at a Waco home had seen its share of good days, but after a crawlspace leak, the moisture underneath the home had nowhere else to go but into the flooring. If you look at the Before photo you can see where the wood has become warped and no longer lies flat as it should like when it was first placed. Unfortunately, SERVPRO® of Greater Waco was called long after the damage was done so no amount of drying would return them to their previous state. Because of the extensive damage to the wood, the floor had to be removed and the underlayment sprayed with anti-microbial to await the installation of new flooring.
