Baseboards were removed to expedite drying

SERVPRO of Greater Waco arrived onsite to a water damage in Woodway that required some surface water extraction on this vinyl floor. Upon further inspection we determined the water had wicked up the drywall and that removing the baseboards plus drilling ventilation holes was the most efficient way to dry this loss. We carefully removed all the baseboards and stored them in the closet so that they could dry. By carefully removing them and storing them onsite, they were able to dry with the structure and were ready to be replaced back in their original location once SERVPRO of Greater Waco had dried down the home.
