The Sky is Falling

The sky was falling in this home after a freezing night in Central Texas. A pipe had frozen and broken in the ceiling and flooded the home overnight. We received the call after hours and upon inspection of the home we found that the leak was coming from above the bathroom. The ceiling had fallen in the bathroom as well as part of the ceiling in the hallway. Water was extracted from the floor and carpet in over half the house in the first night. You'll notice in the AFTER image that sometimes walls remove and dispose of wet insulation in the exterior walls.
