Vinyl Tiles

Vinyl serves as a vapor barrier in a bathroom, keeping the moisture outside of the sub-floor. Sometimes a water damage event affects a sub-floor and the tile, serving as a vapor barrier, does not allow us to dry the sub-floor. The vinyl tile was removed and we were able to then dry the floor and prep for rebuild.
